Refund policy

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email inquiries@fieldandsage.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage. Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email inquiries@fieldandsage.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with next steps.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
