Shopping with Field & Sage

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Field & Sage. Questions can be sent to inquiries@fieldandsage.com.

Products and prices

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability may change. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately; colors may look different on different screens.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order. If you need to correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable items.

Shipping and returns

We ship to Canada and the United States. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and rates, and our Return and Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions. Delivery times are estimates.

Product use

Read each product’s ingredients and directions before use. Our skincare products are for external use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit false information.

Your rights

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. We may update these terms; the terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order.
